Bot-like Responses from Support Team about Naming Issue
I’m not sure what has changed with the support team over the years but it’s ridiculous that it doesn’t even seem like the support team takes the time to read the tickets that are sent. Especially with the username changes rolling out, I can’t keep my username as CorruptNitro because it contains “nitro” in it. I’ve sent tickets from the first day of rollout in hopes of reaching a good conclusion but multiple times have my tickets been closed without satisfactory results. I had the same issue in 2020 with the “nitro” problem and the support team was able to fix it within the same day. Now, the support team is only sending copy-and-paste responses even though I’ve told them THEY literally fixed the problem before. Pretty disappointed how much this system has degraded.

I got a bot response about the username change. Seems like they're just shutting everyone out because they can't accept they fucked up.

real humans cost money and bots dont and the percentage of people having issues is very small compared to ones not having issues its not worth spending money on to have good support
