Got disabled for no reason

8 year old account suddenly disabled? Hello everyone, so before yesterday night I was on a call with a friend and suddenly got logged out, when I tried logging back in it said my account was disabled, I went to my email and found discord saying that I broke TOS by being involved with fraud/credit card cracking. Now I have had this account for almost 8 years now and I literally didn't and wouldn't do anything like this, so I contacted them and basically got a bot-like response saying that this will not be reversed, is there anything else I can do, because ngl I am pretty shattered, I mean I have online friends, important files and memories, etc. Please if there is something I could do, please help me out.

    yeah, you have created your account when you was 4 years old, and now you're 12 years old, but discord is only 13+. fair ban. (discord logic)

    Unfortunately this has been happening to alot of people this week it seems where the accounts are beign randomly disabled it happened to me 5 days ago and im constantly sending in tickets waiting on an actual person from support to do something.

    Adnan Aldeeb Discords trust and safety team seems to not care about the users, i understand they get tickets daily but by some chance they have to come across all the tickets we make. but instead they let their bot close them out and dismiss them.

    Something similar also happened with my 7 year old account on account of posting content that promoted or glorified violence and I honestly don't know how or when I did that cause I never do that stuff. For me I reported the issue and got zero responses, sorry to hear your experience.
