Discord Support Please Respond To Me (Ticket #36195786)

EDIT 06/15/2023: They finally responded to me after 8 days. I was lucky enough to receive a response and to have them re-enable my account as a "one-time gesture" in their words, since it was my fault the account got disabled to begin with. I don't want to say this will mean everyone of you guys with pending requests will definitely receive responses as well or that there's 100% hope for you, but I just wanted to let you guys know my experience in case it offers any comfort. I wish all of you who have yet to receive a response from the Discord the best luck and sincerely pray that they will get back to you, ideally with a favorable response.

My account got disabled a few days ago due to something related to billing that I should not have done, I understand now, but I've contacted support and gotten the automated response with all the instructions on what to do and I've already provided them what they've asked for and I've still yet to hear back from them.

It's been 5 days and from everywhere else I've been reading, the account can stay safely disabled for up to 14 or 30 days(?) before it just gets put on the chopping block and can get deleted at any time after that.

I've been reading posts from many other people both here and in the Discord sub-reddit, and it's not instilling much more confidence that I'll hear back from them; I hear anywhere from a few days, a week or so, to months before hearing back from support, if ever.

I understand that there's probably not much else I can do but wait, but I just figured I'd throw a post on here to hear other people's experiences and any advice they have on the matter; I'm just really scared I'm going to lose my account simply due to not getting a response fast enough.

I've been using Discord since 2015 and I have a lot of stuff and memories on there that I really don't want to lose. I don't really know how to end this post.

Any help, advice, or insight on this would be greatly appreciated.

    And what if Discord doesn't respond to me after a month? Am I just screwed?

    Yep. And if they do and decide not to reinstate the account, you're going to be put into a bad spot.
    I'm currently in that spot right now, and it's not fun to deal with. I'm pretty sure my account is now going to be put on the chopping block all because Discord didn't take the time to actually read my appeal and instead send some automated message to do all the work (a TERRIBLE solution). Discord support sucks, so it's always a pain in the butt to deal with whenever something happens to your account that is very serious.

    Reveiller, discord has the backups that stores 30-45 days

    anane, what does that mean though? Are you saying even if my account is deleted that there is a backup it can be restored from? Or are you just reiterating that after 30-45 days that my account will be permanently deleted with no way to restore it?
