I am 16 and discord banned me for being too young.

What are the chances of getting unbanned? I sent a ticket 5 days ago with all the information they need and they still didnt respond me. All I got was automatic response the second I created the ticket. Iv heard that discord acc are getting deleted after 14 days. please I need my account to contact friends. Did anyone of you have a similar situation? What was the outcome? Discord ticket nr. 36225180. Cheers.

    If someone asks you, "How many people were in your class today?" If he asked you and you answered less than 13, get well soon. that person edits the message and says "How old are you?" he will edit the message and ban the discord account.

    account will be deleted in 30 days, i have checked on my own. i think you will not be unbanned, they are ignoring all my tickets (9) since 17th may

    @anane I hope so. I didnt create many tickets cuz it wont do anything and will give more work to the people that work there.

    @anane. I checked and it is 14days when the account got disabled by discord. 30days when it was disabled by u

    Discord's ToS clearly states that a user must be at least 13 years or older. So, that definitely sounds like a bug. There seems to be a lot of bugs affecting users with wrongful terminations since the username update was implemented. If they don't get back to you soon, check out Reddit for a Discord alternative (I'd name it here but I'm not sure if we're allowed to) and ask your friends to join via e-mail if you can so you can still chat. (If you can e-mail at least one of them, or chat through a game you mutually play, or private message on-site if your group plays on an rpg forum, the others could spread the word for you.)

    Edit: I just saw Mert's message. :| So, it might not be a bug. But you can still find an alt way to keep in touch with friends if Discord takes too long to get back to you. Good luck!

    I cant contact friends. Even my school is on discord. I am writing this post to see if other ppl had this situation and maybe got unbanned. Thanks for your reply tho.
