[Suggestion] ID theft/Impersonation report revision

Discord, whatever reason, the "Trust & Safety" report form needs revision under "scams, fraud, or prohibited transactions" to require the impostor's user ID, rather than message link, with the optional field of the user ID being optional to become mandatory, and impersonators should risk their accounts deleted without warning, with their phone numbers taken off, rather than being stored, because fake accounts are used to forge another person, in which cases, identity theft, they sometimes use their phone, or other information without one's consent so the real user with it can't input it.

We have an account pretending to be a friend I know, who was on the wiki farm's guild, who last joined weeks ago, but looking for a way to get rid of it completely, not just from server, but also from the platform.
