My Account was banned after I cancelled my Nitro.
My Discord account was suspended after I cancelled my Nitro and charged back the Nitro that had just renewed not even 24 hours prior. There was no warning. Just an immediate suspension. I have submitted multiple tickets to Discord Trust and Safety without any results. Instead, they keep marking my tickets as "solved" when they are not providing me with an actual resolution even though I've since removed the chargeback I placed with evidence proving that the chargeback has been removed as indicated in the automated response. I still am unable to log in, my account is still disabled. How is that solved? I just want my account back.

If I’m not mistaken, you were banned because you filed a chargeback on the Nitro purchase. Cancelling a subscription like Nitro means that the service will remain active until the billing renewal date, and then it will cancel instead of renew. You should have let the renewal pass, or reached out to Discord staff to see if they’d reimburse you since it was fresh into the renewal. Filing the chargeback was the wrong course of action.
Any online company that deals with a subscription service will ban your account if you issue a chargeback on your subscription, as it’s considered fraudulent activity. And, in most cases, if an account is terminated for fraudulent activities, the account will not be restored (some companies will re-activate the account if a fee is paid, but this isn’t very common).
You can try to reach out to them on Twitter, as Anane suggested, to explain the situation but your chance of regaining your account is very slim. You would probably have more success trying to open a brand new account, if Discord didn’t flag your IP due to the chargeback.
