ACC being disabled due to a being "underaged"

Has anyone been disabled and support responded before the account has been deleted?

I have a really old account and I guess someone false reported me for being a minor. I sent the required documents but for some reason discord support has not responded

  There are many important things in it
  and many friend's contact information.
