I love discord support, takes 30 business days to appeal something that i got banned for in seconds

Why can't they actually fix their support system and make it easier to appeal something, reporting somebody and getting an answer takes less than an hour but then appealing takes multiple days or weeks, my account got disabled because I jokingly said in a friend's server "im 10" and then i got my account disabled without warning or anything in just an hour of sending the message. Discord please fix your support system this is actually unbelievable

  Hi, 

  Discord had 150 millions (source on Google for 2022 stats) online users in the world at 2022, so i don't imagine now.
  The team make their best to give you responses.
  The only thing you have to do, is to wait.

  I was banned for the same thing, I don’t understand why if you indicate above 18 years old when registering, and on any server you write as a joke that 10, then they give a ban for this, what is their logic?
