    Phuffakerson there is no feedback from any of the support staff, they just auto send you an email and then close the ticket, they don't answer you and just state "we are not reactivating your account" and then stop replying, there never once was an explanation nor was there any advice. The staff isn't even looking at the tickets. It's auto resolved by Clyde. That's it.
