Recognize Founders & Co-Owners of Partner Servers

I'm the founder of a 2015 Partner server, the first of its kind for the category its in, however life took me on a multi-year hiatus that required me to transfer ownership due to the owner activity requirement set by Discord.

I put years of hard work into organizing its structure, creating the branding, and doing the initial marketing/advertising work that had it boom. I applied for Partner, got accepted, got the hoodie, went to the Discord Partner party with Madeon in Long Beach, etc etc.

I'm feeling especially under-recognized for my achievements with the username rollout prioritizing Partner/Verified server owners - and only "owners" in the very strict and technical sense. Due to logistics involving things the current owner has been involved in, re-transferring the role wouldn't be a straight forward task, so it cannot be done at this time.

Considering I am back in full swing and upholding my original responsibility as owner/founder which is - marketing, public relations, and responsibilities greater than admin work such as bot development, overseeing staff, etc - I think it makes more than enough sense to add a system that recognizes the hard work of people who are in similar circumstances. This could start off as small as a badge that is the same one given to owners. Perhaps a rewording of the string to be "Discord Partner."
