what happening with discord? (account ban wave because of underage age)

I have an account what banned for "under age" reason, I applied ban appeal.
My friends messaging me and they have similar ban reason. I opened discord support community and saw many posts with title "ban for no reason". As I know discord support is outsource.

UPD2: NTTS, why you recorded video how do this??? 
I hope discord just return all accounts banned due to underage and everyone just forget this month

UPD3: And discord can just WARN peoples in app about his report so that people can write to support and get in advance that they are 13 or more depends

    Yeah same i was banned for being '' underage '' sent an appeal and waited 3 days now...Im 22 btw...pretty far from being underaged

    my ticket was flagged as solved without my account being enabled, a response on the ticket, or an email about it.

    go check the status of your tickets, add a comment and reopen it.

    I was banned without being given a reason as well. It is totally crazy if they banned me for being under age. I'm 38 years old, and have a mortgage. I would email them a copy of my license if it meant recovering my account that I've had for years and years. This is so weird.

    They won't even give me my data, and still haven't even said why I received a violation. Seriously, you need to file a free easy complaint on the better business bureau and maybe the FTC. They don't care, they just instantly mark your ticket as "solved" without a response.
