False underage ban

I am using Discord since 2016, i am 25 y/o, why the hell did i get ban for being underage? Knowing how support works, don't expect my appeal ever be reviewed. This is wrong in every way. First, randomly ban absolutely random user, then force them to post their private data (document photos) and then just ignore them. Unexpectedly pleasant attitude towards your users
