Get rid of this spam bar, or give us a proper option to deactivate it

1 - If you mute the mic on your headset while in a voice channel you get a red bar on screen that is OBNOXIOUS telling you Discord is not detecting your mic.

2 - There is a setting in voice called "Voice Diagnostics" that says "Show a warning when Discord is not detecting audio from your mic" - this is the only setting that appears related, and turning this off does not remove the notification.

This issue is years old, with many many people complaining about it in reddit, and even directly complaining to discord as seen here
