Support Staff is resolving tickets without a reply or an email or resolving the issue
I have made several tickets the past week, most of them were closed in the morning right as support staff logged into zendesk for the day, or close it within 5 minutes of it landing to their queue.
are any staff reading this?
please re-enable my account

no they don't read it, the system automatically marks it as solved, maybe because there is more than one, I don't know, but discord doesn't care about us.

It's a human, zendesk is ran by humans except tickets assigned to clyde and shit.
I literally saw it get flagged as resolved 5 minutes after i sent it in, reopened it, and get resolved again.
It was the only open ticket.

I don't think people close every ticket within five minutes, they do it automatically, the same thing happened to me.
It means nobody reads it, they close it automatically because they think it's a repetition, they won't read it!
I've been reading comments on various sites that discord is disabling accounts a lot, I don't understand what they're trying to do, but there are no humans doing or checking the actions, if that were the case the obviously wrong actions could be undone, but they don't care.

and if I hadn't given my ticket number a couple of times on twitter and demanded a response, I wouldn't have even gotten the automatic "we won't reinstate your account" reply they gave with the bot.

I just had the same interaction and was talking to someone on Facebook Messenger, it's an absolute joke!

Howdy Midan Mask,
I hope you're doing well. I understand that you're frustrated because your support tickets regarding your disabled Discord account are being marked as resolved shortly after creation. I'm here to shed some light on this situation and provide you with some information.
One possible reason for your support tickets being marked as resolved could be the category in which your account was disabled. Discord has specific guidelines and policies for different categories, and some categories, unfortunately, do not accept appeals. In such cases, the support team might mark your ticket as resolved without providing a direct response.
This can be disheartening, but it's important to understand that these decisions are made based on Discord's policies and the nature of the category in question. While it may feel like your concerns are being ignored, it's likely a result of the limitations set by Discord's policies.
However, this doesn't mean you should give up entirely. If you believe that your account was disabled incorrectly or unfairly, I recommend reaching out to Discord's support team again. Clearly explain your situation, express your concerns, and provide any evidence or information that supports your case. Even if they cannot directly assist with the category in question, they may be able to provide further guidance or direct you to alternative resources.
Remember, it's crucial to remain polite and respectful throughout your communication with the support team. This will greatly increase the chances of receiving helpful information or potential solutions.
If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to support you.
Best regards, Haunt
