    Please keep us updated on what happens with this, it seems everyone is having trouble with Discord Support performing false bans and refusing to answer support tickets.
    With the amount of loss they are inflicting on their users it wouldn't surprise me if anyone were to sue them for customer abuser or something, I'm sure a lawyer would love to approach the case for a chance at holding them responsible.

    Same with me. I made an appeal to review the disablement of my account and the only answer I get is "Discord has disabled your account for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We’ve reviewed and confirmed this violation, and we will not reinstate your account.". Can someone actually review this? Like don't mistakes happen? For context an old friend of mine had a discord server selling some random stuff and it got terminated. He gave me a role just to have permission to see text channels and voice channels. What do I have to do with his actions? Am I responsible for the things he does on Discord? I never even sent any messages in the server he owned. It is really frustrating because I have been using Discord since 2017 and I have very vital information in my account including memories and other things. What have I done to deserve my account getting banned or disabled? All these questions will remain unanswered because when I try to seek for support I will either get an automated reply from a bot or some pre-written answer from Trust and Safety team.

    This situation is much more serious than mine. I have never used discord for official or personal business. 

    They show that they are unreliable. They disable accounts completely arbitrarily or on technical glitches, and no appeals are handled by real people, or they admit they made a mistake and don't fix it.

    If you succeed, please write here again and give us hope.

    Yeah, what a lot of us need right now is hope. I'm fighting tooth and nail, trying everything. I'm so desperate I'm even digging through google for phone numbers hoping there's one I could call that could help. I'm about to lose everything I've ever had in 12 days and NELLY is marking my support tickets as solved exactly five minutes after I make them, without a response.

    If you have the opportunity to meet face to face with the discord staff in your country, please consider doing so and ask them on behalf of all of us why they are disabling accounts in a disproportionate way.

    There is no way that guy is actually a member of Discord Support, right? His profile advertises crypto.

    Did he get hacked and not realize it?

    Yes, it is impossible. June 11th, someone who signed up here. And the answer was made from a prepared text. There's no new information, it just says to wait. 

    Somebody is f*cking with us and DISCORD is turning a blind eye.

    I meant you. Your profile advertises AfricaCryptoChainx but you respond in Feedback threads like a member of Discord customer service. You give the same kind of replies that seem automated but I don't think I've seen you help anyone resolve their issue like an actual Discord Support representative. 

    If you were legit, I have a massive problem right now I'd do anything to receive assistance with.

    He may be organizing the information in ai and answering. He said it should be a "Discord Employee" tag. There is no such tag in his profile.  It's very funny :D 

    Either he is completely kidding or this is a scam, you need to be careful. When I wrote on Twitter, two scammers wrote back immediately.

    Sad to say, my account has been deleted as of today. Tickets still open and no response or recourse. It's a 2% chance that someone physically reviews your file based on the transparency website. 98% are handled by AI. So I will be reviewing with my attorney, and seeing what it is I can do in this situation.
