Allow user-readable keywords in Automod regex alerts

When Automod flags a message based on regex, it includes that regex as the keyword in the corresponding alert.  Since regex is not always very user-friendly, it would help if I could provide a more user-readable keyword to display instead.

Before:

Keyword: ^[\+]?[(]?[0-9]{3}[)]?[-\s\.]?[0-9]{3}[-\s\.]?[0-9]{4,6}$

After:

Keyword: Phone Number
