Discords Lacklustre support
It's been 7 days now since I submitted a ticket with my ID and a selfie to prove I am 18+ since my account was disabled. Discord has ignored me on everything and been very unhelpful, I've exhausted all options and the amount of stress this causes is unbelievable.
They have handled my support tickets #37313784, #37490644 and my very data sensitive case #37494439 with the worse support I've ever got from a company.
Imagine being cast aside with the notion of losing everyone you've ever met.
Disgusted at the lack of communication and assistance given.
You should be ashamed Discord. You used to care years ago.

they do but as bunch of messages are being sent to discord because people accidently jokes, types anything breaks discord tos then it will be like 1M KG of sand being on their office and they have to deal with it.
