New phone, lost 2FA codes and can't sign in
I recently got a new phone and factory reset my old one without grabbing the 2FA codes and now i cant get into my account. I submit a support request, but all the stuff im seeing is saying that my account is basically lost. Just wondering if theres a way i can get the account back.

If they take my suggestion there is a way they can do it, your account has something called a profile and it's not the actually account, but when linked to the rest of the 2FA server which they have it will activate the 2FA, it is no longer synced with the 2FA server therefore causing 2FA lockout therefore they just need to locate the profile and pull it out.
