Deactivation issue

Let me make this clear to you all, it seems the staff has broken the security system meaning that if your account was created (most likely before 2020) then your account was most likely deactivated for being underaged. You are not the only one in this, and all you have to do is pressure the staff by asking as many questions as you can/making tickets with consistency. And don't stop until you get an answer from the staff. You are not the only one in this situation and you are not alone.

    I have tried for a week now and finally got a response. My photo included my face, valid ID and my discord username. The photo was pretty clear and I didn't think it was an issue but i got a response today just a week after my initial report telling me that it was not good enough. I have been forced to send another ticket and i even included two photos explaining my situation in a comment under my ticket. At this rate im not even confident that photo is good enough but i included everything they asked for in one photo and made sure everything was as clear as possible to see but it aint so easy to fit all that into a single photo....

    Once they can figure out the issue, we can only hope they will return the accounts to the owners.
