Discord disabling my account

I just created my discord account, and discord asked me for my phone number. I put it in and it then allowed me to sign up. I logged into discord but was then kicked off. Now if i try to sign in it says "Your account has been disabled". I don't know what i did to get banned as i didnt even get the chance to send a message.

  Hi.
  Maybe you can try to send a request at the support.
  Try to explain your issue. Discord reply quickly, so, just wait a bit and your account has a chance to be reusable.

  this issue is simlilary to the false emails which kinda yeah if you registered by using an email or phone number that discord see it as spam or suspicious then voila you will get disabled but if you didn't get disabled it will be just you but marked as a spam user so you need to contact discord as gaston said

  Thanks I contacted them and they reactivated my account.
