How long does it usually take Discord Support to respond?
Been a rage of accounts getting falsely reported for being underage, so I can understand T&S being overwhelmed/backed up; however, I've heard that Discord Support isn't known for being timely altogether.
Nonetheless its been 72+ hours since I've submitted a ticket and at this rate I'm growing concerned that I won't receive any assistance let alone a response before my account is ultimately deleted.
Anyone have successful interactions with Discord Support? And if so, how long did it take to receive that response?

depend on how many tickets trust and safety are facing each day + the holidays they take + their break time and after leaving the company means they could take like from 1 day to 27 day or 10 days like my friend had but don't take my answer as accurate info as it's discord traffic.

My first ticket was 11-12 days ago, still no one has read it and responded. Only automated responses and marked as "solved".
I want a real person to read it and send me an email explaining the situation, I don't even think the account will be reinstated, I just want a real answer, not a bot. They won't even do that.
I have not even been informed which rule I broke and when, they have not even explained where the violation was, let alone solved the problem, and it looks like they will permanently delete the account in a few days.

Been waiting since 2018 for them to actually reply to a ticket that isnt with a bot copy pasted message. Still waiting. Accounts been marked as spam for a while now due to an armor games breach that knocked my old email out. The last time I got a human response to a ticket, they told me they cant help me due to privacy concerns, since I had tried several times on the old email to send in tickets and they would never respond. Discord support is about as useful as diesal in a gasoline engine.

How do you monitor your ticket for updates? I have submitted several…, but one recent one I submitted got a response, however, didn't give me an estimate when they'll get back with me.
Been keeping in contact with them via my email with additional evidence and information about my account they need to look for. My situation is about my main account being hacked after falling for a scam and sending the same copy and paste message about “Hey, I accidentally reported your account”.
It has been since March 6th I was hacked, and my successful ticket so far was put in back on March 14th. I got a response from Grimmjow the next day over on March 15th who escalated my ticket I really hope they're looking into my case. I already had one friend fall for the scam and I want to get my account back, be with my friends again, and to do any undoing what the hacker may have done so far.
