Has anyone been able to transfer server ownership from the "request" section?

I didn't break any rules but I can't tell discord about it. My account was automatically disable. 

I would like to transfer the server ownership of my account to my new account, but I guess that's not possible.

Has anyone succeeded

It would be ridiculous to ban someone from creating an account on discord again, even if it's a banned account or a rule violation. It's not enough that they ban accounts without warning, we're banned from discord for life? What is discord trying to do? 

The sanction on the account should be independent of the server. They are also making the servers we own unusable!
