Discord account disabled and radio silence for 7 days

For such a big company like Discord, I find it insane how long it can take for them to respond to tickets. I understand that they may be experiencing a high volume of tickets, but going without any response or email for 7 days is frustrating. (Seriously?) I would even appreciate a bot acknowledging my appeal. I envy those who are able to receive a response from them and possibly get their accounts back. Meanwhile, all I can do is watch my account from 2017, which had dozens of friends, slowly fade away.

    And if it is any help I connected my Crunchyroll account to the profile and about an hour later it went poof. Can't even watch anime without fear of a ban now.

    I am doing the same thing, after blocking my account I say that I am under 13 years old, I have everything required to update my age and I have been waiting for 5 days and no one answers me. Also my account is from 2017 and I have many friends and a community with many people. Sadly no one answers.

    My account from 2017 also got disabled and I already proved that I'm well over the age. I'm afraid of losing my account.
