Mu account got hacked and changed mail and set 2FA help pls

My account got account and hacker changed mail and also create new discord acct to my original email adreas and enabled 2FA. I have been paying nitro for over a year now. I need help to recover my account. Why u didnt send any confirmation mail when changing email adress etc. Ticket #37477809 I have badges etc and want my account back or transfer nitro to my new dicord account. The hacked account also has discounted nitro price. Pls need help asap.

    Same thing has happened to me been a month now still waiting sent messages to my active ticket I gave up on it and just made a new discord account they will not respond with a person only automated messages
