Ability to transfer a username to another account

There is no secure way to transfer your unique username to another account in a secure way..

  • For example, I have the name “si9” and when I remove it from my account and transfer it to another account, I cannot, and I do not want anyone to steal it.

 ( we want a secure way to transfer the username ) .
