Ability to move emojis to the free slots

today i Found a feature Suggestion that we need when our server don't have any boosts

(i saw that a bot can't use a level 1 boost emoji because my server has no boosts)

 

this feature helps because we no longer need to do it manually by removing all the new emojis in higher level emoji slots to just add a emoji in the free slots (the first 50 no boosts free slots)

hope you understand what I mean 

i need this feature as a Server Owner as fast as possible it's very useful.
