The same problem, they blocked my account for supposedly not being of age. I even made a twitter to be able to contact them through there but they also harshly ignore me.v

I DOUBT THAT DISCORD HAS SO MUCH WORK TO NOT RESPOND TO A TICKET IN 1 WEEK.

I don't understand why they don't hire more workers for faster and more efficient support. They clearly have enough budget for it.

I believe that it's now up to 30 days. I'm more like 75% sure about that, though.

First appeal was sent on 7/2 and I got my first response today, on the 10th.

It was a human response. Short message saying thank you for the verification and that my account has been unlocked.

My guess is that they've been on some type of leave. It is summer after all. Hopefully just gotta sit tight for a bit longer and they'll get back to you.

    Dear Patrick Jefferson,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the deactivation of your Discord account and your request for information on the duration it takes before all your data is deleted. I appreciate your concerns and understand the importance of safeguarding user data. I would like to address your query and provide the necessary verification.

Discord retains user data for a certain period after account deactivation to comply with legal obligations and for internal purposes, such as addressing potential violations or fraud. While the exact timeframe can vary, Discord typically retains user data for a period of 30 to 90 days before it is permanently deleted from their systems.

It's important to note that during this retention period, your data remains inaccessible and is not actively used. Discord has implemented strict security measures to protect user data and maintain user privacy throughout this process.

If you believe that your account was disabled in error or if you have any concerns regarding the deactivation process or data deletion, I recommend reaching out to Discord's support team directly. They will be able to provide you with more specific information regarding your account and address any issues you may have encountered.

I hope this information provides the verification you were seeking. If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to ask.

    Best Regards,

    Haunt

Hey all. Just wanted to say I finally got my account back yesterday. Support took a damn while to respond, but it seems that everything is alright now. Total of 16 days. All we can do is just wait a bit.

Reading the last few replies has given me somewhat a bit of hope to get my account back. It's only been 3 days but it seems I'll be waiting a lot longer. Discord is a joke of a company.

Patience does not work, and there is no hope.
If they take too much time, the hacker will just nuke your account and sell it for profit.. leaving nothing to save.
Just apply more pressure to the company, as they are unwilling to provide proper customer support.
