My account got disabled while i was in voice chat and i got no email or nothing to tell me why

my account was suddenly deactivated when I was on call and I haven't received an email telling me why for 3 days now

my email (which is the one associated with the account) is banzailetrolleur@gmail.com
I was born on November 17, 2005 so I'm not 13 so I can use discord
yes I have read the Terms of Service and the Community Guidelines
I would like to appeal for the sudden deactivation of my account for no reason
and finally you can help me by telling me why my account was blocked and then giving me access to the account because I did nothing.

    Unfortunately, all you can do is open up a support ticket and prove your age with a selfie showing your face, photo ID, and a piece of paper with your discord username. And then hope they get back to you in a week. It's a slow process for some reason.
