Account Hacked - CC charged with Nitro Gifts - Account Disabled.

My account was hacked on July 1st. They used my stored CC info (That I use to pay for my nitro...) and bought $99 year gifts. I immediately changed my password and enabled 2FA. I submitted a ticket about a hacked account. (37480070). 

Later, my bank flagged it as fraud, since it greatly exceeded the monthly nitro purchases. My account was disabled on the 8th. I replied to the original ticket with this new info, and got a SWIFT reply (within 13 minutes).

"Hello XXXX,

We are unable to provide additional assistance through this support portal if your account has been disabled.

You will need to submit an appeal to our Trust and Safety team at dis.gd/request using the email address associated with the disabled account.

Once submitting your appeal, please be sure to respond to the automated email in order to push your request through to our support team.

I submitted a new request (Appeals & Age Update Reqests, Since there is no Trust and Safety selection anymore...) (37679819), responded to that email to ensure it went through, and haven't heard back yet (a week later). I am extremely scared that my 7 year old discord account is going to be deleted because of this.

With a disabled account, you can't log into zendesk to view the ticket status either. Please someone help!

    I had a similiar situation that never sorted out. Luckily i was able to stop them and secure my bank account before they did anything with it. 
    Discord simply just doesn't care. 
    Yesterday, i watched with rage-filled eyes as the hacker slowly resetted my old account to 0, changing its profile picture, nitro background and original tag. 
    They also nuked all of my servers and probably sold it.. 
    Discord is not going to help you, so i advise going to your local police and applying pressure to them. 
    This customer support is almost null.
