My account got disabled
So recently my account has gotten disabled for "fraud" since my nitro was charged back. However it was my own mother who charged back the nitro since i forgot to cancel the subscription i have gotten from my gift. I've emailed discord support and i haven't received a response from them at all. I've also sent them proof of the chargebacks and the money being taken from the bank account. If they do respond, what do I do? I dont really believe I am at fault here but again I think I am. My username is novalites. It's saturday, i sent my appeal on thursday. Is support usually this slow?

Sadly, yes, if at all. I've been waiting 2 weeks since I initially tried to contact them about my disabled account too. Still no response. nitro subscriber and 7 year user. (37679819)
