Account disabled for "underage"

I am 14 and living in the Unites States so I should be allowed to use Discord right? Wrong. Well, according to Discord staff. 

My account was disabled a few mins ago and I immediately was confused because I haven't done anything to get in trouble. Apparently Discord thinks I am under the age of 13 and has disabled my account for that. I sent out a request and hoping to get a reply soon because I have so many people added on that app its not even funny. NOTE: I cannot send a picture with my birth certificate (parents dont want me going near it) BUT I can send my school id.
