Account disabled for requesting a refund

I asked for a refund of an annual payment that was made to my card and the only response from discord was to disable my account, I have already tried to contact discord support and I have sent several emails and they just ignore me completely, I even talked to Paypal and they are also waiting for a response from discord support. I find it very disrespectful that they don't give any kind of answer and after 6 years using Discord they simply decide to suspend my account, without caring about my time, money and appreciation I have had to the platform.

    Ok. Who should I contact for advice and guidance to solve the problems? Because I tried to contact support within 5 days for the refund and the only response was to ignore the tickets and mark them as "solved". Obviously I complained to the payment manager which was Paypal and they are still waiting for their response. In a very important case in which they only gave me 14 days to recover my account (I only have 7 days left) which is now forcing me to go without my refund in order to recover my account, because the 5 days have passed and I have not received any real solution or assistance.

    They just disabled mine for sending an email asking for a refund. Discord support is a worthless dumpster fire.
