Discord support

Question, I recently submitted a support request to Discord that is quite urgent, and I noticed a phenomenon, they close my cards without answering, so I say another one or reopen a card, from there I have over 10 open cards and none of them have received a response for two days now, I Desperate, I really need support and I feel like I have no one to talk to, what do you do in such a situation?
