discord isnt responding to my age update request

3 days ago my discord account was disabled for possibly being under 13 which its not i am a 15 year old who uses discord frequently to talk with my friends etc i have had my account disabled for 3 days now and discord support is not responding to my ticket i sent them a photo of me holding up a piece of paper with my discord name on it and my birthcertificate (i dont have any photo id) and i am just wondering  what do to cause i want to get back on my account and  talk to some friends pls respond discord

    I also got banned for being underage despite being 15 years old. And Discord is still ignoring my ticket.
