Account disabled for being under aged

On the 19/07/2023 07:57 my account got disabled because discord though i broke their TOS because they think im underage however  i submitted an appeal and its been 3 days but reading other peoples request it seems like discord responds really late or never

is there a chance i can get an estimated time on how long an appeal normally gets looked at?

    thank you for viewing this article and giving really good feedback

    i have one question to ask you i submitted 3 tickets 
    1 ticket being a mistake as one day i tried to log into my account and could not log in because it was disabled, stupid me forgot to look in my emails to the reason why it got banned but i didnt look in my emails so i opened a ticket to understand why i got banned but the answer was in my email so my first ticket was a mistake

    then i put a ban appeal one being polite and following the format they sent me , i was going to send my passport  but i sent them my provisional license where they can see my dob .

    and i put another ticket to ask how long it takes for these kinds of things to be looked at 

    will this ruin my chances , if i could delete the ticket i would of but unfortunately  i cant and I'm sorry in advanced for opening 3 tickets.i also have no past experince of being toxic and rude to anyone in the community does this also afffect my ban appeal ?

    Submitting 3 tickets does not affect the speed of the resolution on your appeal. Your first ticket will most likely be closed automatically, your second ticket will stay active while it is reviewed, and your third ticket will also most likely be closed automatically.

    Make sure you have provided the required material when appealing your account, and also be sure to verify the photo is well-lit so they can easily read the identification once reviewed. Rest assured your account will be reinstated if you attach the required material in the ticket. However, the support team may be experiencing increased volumes of tickets, so a set date on the resolution of your ticket cannot be guaranteed.

    you beautiful person i really love ur customer service as your quick and kind too.

    also well done with ur great tips and tricks and i will happily let friends know about ur tips to help them in the future 

    so idk how discord looks at it but its clear and obv its me with a picture on the id also if they zoom in they should be able to see the year i was born in.
