Suggestion: Ability to limit invite perms

Add a new permission/sub-permission to the “can create invites” permission, that only allows user to create limited invites. There would also be a setting to configure the expiration time and max uses of a limited invite. This would both make the invite lost look cleaner, as there wouldn't be tons of invites without taking away their permission to create invites and aswell improve server security, especially raid protection.
