How many days /weeks/months does it take to get your account back?

It’s been since 1 week now I didn’t get my hacked account back. MatthewR give me a response and told me to be patient. Like oof. How many days or weeks or even months does it take to get a hacked account back?

    I’m still waiting for a month (and counting), but I asked someone and he said that he got his stolen account back after 9 months on multiple reopened tickets

    In july 18th. I made the ticket in July 17th. It still be a week now.
