Discord is purposely ignoring hacked account tickets?

I've seen multiple posts here, and on Twitter, during the past weeks, of discord not responding to hacked account tickets. 

I'm having the same issue, and it's frustrating because it's been almost 2 weeks now with no response.

 

I created a ticket 9 days ago, no response, created a new ticket, it's been 3 days no response.

 

I've even sent photos of evidence.

At this point if I don't get a response I'm contacting my billing company to force discord to remove my billing info. And boycotting the site all together. Fed up with this.

 

I don't even know why there is no revert button on the email changed, email

    I believe the same about them ignoring the mail's, I opened a ticket on July 21th about my hacked discord account, still no response
