I had my account disabled because Discord system thought i am underage

I have received a email in 07/27/2023 saying i got my account disabled because i jokingly said i was 12 WHEN IM 21 YEARS OLD IN REALITY and this is not okay. THERE'S NO WAY SUCH THING CAN BE HANDLED AUTOMATICALLY BY A BOT WHEN IT HAS THE POWER TO DELETE YEARS OF HISTORY ANYONES ACCOUNT, i literally payed Nitro a few days prior to it GODDAMMIT and it's been 2 days i sent my ticket and still nothing yet (#38294526), i just wanna say that this system is awful and needs to be changed, im never ever getting nitro again if my account doesn't get recovered and this app gets worse every new update there is.

  same a lot of people are dealing with it as well i sent two tickets because the first one i thought you needed to show your id and username but i was wrong in the second pic i made sure to show my username and my old # username as well. I also dmed them on twitter on @discord and User . Im not sure if accounts get disabled after 30 or 14 days though. Praying for you though.
