2단계 인증/복구코드에 대한 중요한 문제||Important issues with 2-Step Verification/Recovery Code

만약 비닐번호를 떠나 2단계 인증을 했다면 복구 코드를 줍니다. 근데 복구 코드를 잃어버리거나 OTP를 삭제하면 영영 찾을 수 없게 됩니다. 고객센터를 방문해도 계정을 삭제하라는 말만 합니다.

뭔가 이상하지 않나요? 해결이 아예 안됩니다. 유저들이 힘들어 하는 이유중 하나가 바로 2단계 인증일 겁니다.  이거에 대한 이야기가 굉장히 많은 피해자가 생겨나고 있습니다.  심지어 디스코드 인증/복구코드가 있어야 서버 권한도 이향이 됩니다.  

복구 코드와 OTP를 실수로 삭제를 했다면 더이상 이 계정은 무용지물이 됩니다. 물론 다시 만들 수는 있겠지만 다시만들면 다시 서버를 다 들어가야 되고 니트로나 부스트를 다시 구매해야되는 상황이 펼쳐지고 아까 전 이야기에서 디스코드 인증 / 복구코드가 있어야 서버 권한이 이양이 된다 했으니 이미 서버에 부스트 넣은 서버는 폐기 처리가 되는 겁니다. 돈을 날린 셈이 되는 것이죠.

사례가 많은 상황이고 저 또한 이러한 문제가 디스코드를 좀먹고 있다고 봅니다. 유저의 상황을 해결할 수 있는 방안이라면 을 제시해보고 싶습니다.

1. 2단계 인증 복구 코드가 들어있는 파일을 그 디스코드 계정 이메일로 발송한다.

2. 2단계 인증 복구 코드 말고 다른 2단계 인증을 만들어 그중 선택하게 한다.
[2 단계 인증에 전화 번호 인증도 있는데 사람들 사례보면 전화 인증을 알고 하거나 한경우가 잘 없는것 같다.]

3. 디스코드 OTP를 만들어 디스코드 계정 이메일이나 전화번호을 넣어 번호가 뜨면 디스코드 2단계 인증 창에 입력할 수 있도록 한다.
[만약 OTP를 삭제해도 고객센터에서 해결 할 수 있도록 만든다.]

4. 디스코드 2단계 인증을 계정이나 전화번호 확인 코드를 보내 확인하고 QR로 확인하는 시스템을 만들어 유저가 휴대전화로 인증을 할 수 있게 한다.

해결 방안을 제시했는데 물론 저의 개인적인 의견이 들어갔을 수도 있습니다. 만약 이것 말고도 디스코드 측에서 해결 해주실 수 있는 방안이 나오고 빠른 시일 내에 패치가 된다면 정말 좋을것 같습니다.

Doesn't something seem strange? There is no solution at all. One of the reasons users have a hard time is 2-step verification. There are a lot of stories about this, and there are so many victims. Even if you have a Discord authentication/recovery code, server authority is also migrated.

If you accidentally delete your recovery code and OTP, your account will no longer be useful. Of course, you can recreate it, but if you recreate it, you will have to enter all the servers again and purchase Nitro or Boost again. will be disposed of. That's like throwing money away.

There are many cases, and I also believe that these problems are eating away at Discord. If there is a way to solve the user's situation, I would like to suggest.

1. Email the file containing the 2-Step Verification recovery code to the Discord account.

2. Create other 2-step verification other than the 2-step verification recovery code and let them choose from them.
[There is also phone number authentication in two-step authentication, but it seems that there are few cases where people know phone authentication or did it.]

3. Create a Discord OTP, enter your Discord account email or phone number, and when the number pops up, you can enter it in the Discord 2-Step Verification window.

4. Discord 2-step authentication can be verified by sending an account or phone number verification code, and a QR code verification system is created to allow users to authenticate with a mobile phone.

I suggested a solution, but of course my personal opinion may have been entered. It would be great if Discord came up with a solution other than this, and it would be patched as soon as possible.
