About to lose my account

My account was permanently disabled on July 20, 2023 for sending malicious links or files. I do not recall doing this, and all I wish is for my account to be restored. I believe my account was hacked, as I have a short username that could be easily sold. All I want back are my friends, servers, and good times. I’ve messaged @discord and @discord_support on Twitter (now X) for my account back and no response. All tickets I’ve sent through the support form have either been ignored or replied to by a bot. Please I just wanna see my friends again.

    I haven't been told why my account was disabled. My account is almost 8 years old without any issues (that I know about) before…

    I will lose a lot of friends I only can reach over Discord, memories and experiences if it isn't resolved and it is affecting my mental health having to sit in the dark worrying about it. 

    I have also reached out on Twitter (or X), Facebook, and opened tickets here. Two are active (at least 24h old ticket), one that is less than 1 hour oldthat has been marked as “solved”.

    I hope Discord see our posts here and understand anything that happened was not done with malicious intent and were honest mistakes that will not be repeated.

    Update: 6 hours left

    Thoughts:

    • If Discord is gonna disable accounts; show me the evidence as to why my account was disabled.

    • If Discord is gonna disable accounts; give people a chance to get their account back.

    • This has affected my mental health, and knowing I only have a few hours is quite depressing to me.

    I have been locked out without knowing why (no email when it happened) for 2 days, and it has already impacted my sleep, my mental health, my apitite, and my livelyhood. My work performance has gone down, because I am constantly thinking about it and constantly checking for updates on my tickets. 

    My account hasn't been in any trouble for its entire existance of 8 years, and now it is ticking down to a final deletion of my account, my memories, my experiences, my friends. I was on discord every day, activly using it from the moment I wake up, until I go to bed. Some of my best friends I made on discord, and they are not average gamers so I do not have them on other platforms. 

    I totally agree that Discord need to give people a change to get their account back, especially if they are labled as first time offenders. Was the act that cause the disabling of the account an accident? Did it have malicious intent behind it? These things should matter, not just throw away peoples memories, and friends for something that most likely was a honest mistake or not knowing what they did could be wrong.

    Update: 34 minutes left

    The final minutes of my account, tickets left open, barely a chance to appeal. I still believe that my account was hacked and the username was sold. I was also in many servers I was inactive in and some may have changed to break the TOS. The servers I was active in, have alt protection so I can’t be in those servers any more.

    Discord, please enable my account.

    Update: Past Deletion Date

    My account still exists, but cannot be accessed. It may be because I have open tickets, or because I got lucky and was given 30 days of appeal time rather than 14. I am happy that I’ve been allowed more time, but still stressed as I am still unable to access my account.

    I have a friend of a friend who keeps sending absolutely horrible messages (encouraging s*******, posting cp, posting low tier god stuff, and other horrible messages) to me by forcing me into group chats. He hasn’t gotten banned yet, but I get banned?

    General Ticket sent July 31st, no response yet. Account is still visible in servers, so hope hasn't been lost.

    Planning on making a website, maybe enablemydiscord? Hoping it will get popular enough for Discord to see it and make some changes. Will remain as a Google Site for now.
