Legacy Usernames mixed with New Usernames.

I heard of many people who just refuse to update their name until it is forced and I already updated it and don't want it. Some may want it and some don't, so why not mix them. Allow everyone the choice to pick if they want a discriminator or not. It would make no one mad. It looks like a win-win to me.
