Had my account disabled for almost 2 weeks

Im really scared of account deletion now. Only have 1 day before deletion. Discord support not responding sadly. Any staff member scrolling through this maybe seeing my post can talk to me please?

    I hope we both get our accounts back!

    I have almost 8 years on my account and it is the first time I have been disabled. I don't know why and it is making me really sad and depressed. Yesterday afterwork I normally go home and enjoy talking with my friends, yesterday I was alone and had no one to talk with, or interact with at all.

    I moved 800km for work, left my friends and family. I am totally isolated from my friends without Discord.

    Discord is a multibillion dollar company which cant afford staff for customer support. Cant believe ill lose my friends over this.

    My account is past it’s “expiration date,” and it makes me even more worried. Have I been saved? Is my ticket being read? Or is my account just being delayed from the inevitable? I might even start a website towards the cause of regaining lost accounts.

    When I look at the titles opened on these issues, I see that no one's ticket was answered or that the answers were given by a bot and the tickets were closed directly. My account was also meaninglessly disabled 4 days ago. Even though I open a ticket here, there is no return. When I write to the support e-mail, they tell me to open a ticket here and they say they can't take action because they don't have the authority.

    Now I ask the Discord officials: why was such a system developed here if the tickets here will not be answered, do individuals waste their time here?
