Re-enabling discord account and how to send an appeal

Hey so two week ago I got my account disabled for cracking and hacking and doing things like that is there anyway I could tell discord to re-enable my account and this time i'll accpet the trust and safety? I tried sumbit a request with trust and safety but I can't find it anymore it is gone. So I just tried doing a general next thing you know I get an email saying "Hey there,

Due to strict privacy and security concerns, we're only able to discuss account details with the email associated with that account. If you do not have access to the email associated with the account, we have no way to verify your ownership of the account through email communication.

If you've lost access to this email, sadly you will not be able to recover your Discord account and your best bet would be to make a new account to continue using Discord. If possible, you may try to recreate the email account and contact us again, if that is an option available to you." what should I do since I am the owner of the email and I have access to it?

    I got that response once from the Clyde bot because I couldn't log in to my old Discord account because, well the Google account bonded to it was deleted
