Banned but given no reason at all?
My account got disabled almost a week ago now but I couldn't for the life of me find the reason why anywhere, supposedly they normally send an email explaining why but i just didnt get one, and I made a ticket about this the day I got banned and they just haven't responded to that either “we will respond shortly” my ass. I can't even think of a reason why I might have been banned either it's just so frustrating. Anyone else had this issue?

I've been dealing with this issue for over a month now. The account is deleted now but I still continue to ask what the nature of the violation was, and Support's reaction has been to close my ticket without any response. I personally believe that whatever organization manages their user support can only respond in pre-written options, and since this does not apparently fit into one of these options, they simply respond by closing out the ticket. Another extremely peculiar thing I found when submitting a data request for the disabled account, they state that an email was not found associated with that account, but that email address is still blacklisted and I cannot make a new account with it.
If you have any better luck, PLEASE let me know that there is hope that I too will one day know why my account was disabled.
