Account disabled
My account has been disabled and I can not get into it I have contacted discord support and still have not heard anything from them. This is the second time this has happened.

It has only happened to me once, and now it's 7 days from being deleted!
An account that has never had issues before, never recieved warnings, never misbehaved and now Discord have decided 14 days is enough for a overwhelmed system to handle these kind of tickets.My account is almost as old as Discord, and I have tons of memories and friends I can only reach on this account. I don't even know why it was disabled!
Discord even stated in a tweet that no support ticket is too hard for them to handle. But I've seen a lot of people losing their accounts thanks to not getting a response in time, or even weeks after it is was deleted. Just a open ticket hanging.

Yeah I have had mine for sometime now and I am going to lose everything. I am upset. I did not even do anything wrong!!!.

Likewise, just three days ago, my account was unexpectedly deactivated without any clear explanation or prior warnings. I've been an active Discord user since 2016, and it's frustrating that the support team seems unresponsive, if there are any humans behind the support team to begin with.

Omg really wth. I just do not understand how they are a chat service and do not have a chat service for the support.

I've come across ridiculous stories where people received responses some days or even hours after their accounts were permanently deleted for good, as the standard procedure usually entails a waiting period of 14 days before deletion.
I can't fathom what's going on with them or what they're up to. My Discord account has been around for so long, and I've never had any problems. It's so frustrating & depressing to think that so many memories, photos, and important infos could just disappear like that.0 -

I lost my account too, I contacted support and my tickets are closed directly by the name of 'Nelly'.
No reaction or something its really frustrated..
And i did nothing wrong on my account1 -
Nelly is the one that helped me last year. wth is going on!!!!

Who is Nelly? Are there any actual humans that I can reach out to?

I am guessing one of the devs or workings for the company. But that person helped me out but idk why everything has gone to hell!

Oh well that same person was just assigned for my case and instantly solved my ticket, how did they help you? Were you able to contact them before? What did they do?

Yeah I smell something fishy going on! I am going to be really upset if I lose this account I have had it for almost 10 years now
