my account has been disabled for 6 days and no reply

so i got my discord account disabled for being “underage” im over the age of discords minimum age and its been 6 days and they haven't replied. i made a ticket including my id, my discord username, and my face they replied once saying the id wasn't clear enough so i send a clear picture including everything they asked. 6 days later no reply like what are y'all doing unban me please 🙏
