It’s been 25 days and I still haven’t got a response from Discord support
This is getting ridiculous. My PC was hacked and the Discord account was stolen. The email was changed so I couldn’t recover the account without any admin tools. I reported this incident immediately after it happened. I’ve retrieved all my other accounts from other services already. I mean, I’ve been trying to be patient all this time. The hacker still has access to my account and has been using it to scam more people. He managed to purchase a couple Nitro gifts before my credit card was put on hold as well. I reported all of this to Discord support, along with the screenshots of the conversations I had with the hacker. Yet, 25 days and counting and still no action from support. I used to work as a support agent for a game company and I don’t ever remember having to take this much time just to hop into the admin portal and check on the IP addresses or other suspicious changes made to the accounts. It’s either you guys are super understaffed or the company as a whole just don’t give a damn about clients.

This story is so common (myself included) that I am starting to think Discord is actually in on it and this is intentional. I have reported them to the FBI Internet Crimes department already. I would suggest you do the same, as well as report them to the BBB.
