Account is disabled

Dear community

My account got disabled on monday.

I already tried everything to connect with discord Twitter, Facebook, Discord Support.
But so far no response to my ticket every time I create a ticket my ticket is marked as 'solved' by the name 'nelly' after a minute of making the ticket.

I did nothing wrong and i dont want to lose my account for no reason.

 Is there anything I can do outside of this?

    I'm having the same problem and I'm not getting any response. It's been 4 days and no response or response. I don't want to lose my account but tomorrow I will be out of town on August 12th and I will not have internet access which will cause me to lose my account.

    I don't understand how they can be so quiet about these issues!

    A ticket I sent 1 month ago for another reason was completely ignored and flagged as solved

    My account was disabled 2 days ago because appearantly I said I'm 13- somewhere

    This is extremely terrifying, I've submitted a new ticket with proof I'm 13+ and they haven't responded!

    I hope we all get this problem fixed as soon as possible I contacted them everywhere.

    I’ve got the same problem, no communication at all, I’ve got nitro also, so I’m paying for nothing!!

    Same discord hasn’t said anything to my ticket I hav 2 days before the account is permanently deleted jus for being underage I’ve showed proof I am 13+ hope discord replies today
