I need genuine help.

Discord staff has been completely ignoring my emails after it had been disabled due to a fradulent screenshot of me claiming i'm under 13 years old, when in reality I'm about 21. I've sent all the needed evidence and in return they automatically close my tickets and do nothing about them despite the dire situation i'm in. 

Can someone help me out with this? There's a lot of things I really need on my account and I rather not lose it all together. I put a lot of stuff into it and I have a lot of things I'm gonna be doing by the end of this week through it, can someone help me out? I've constantly been trying to reach out with no replies whatsoever and the worst part is the group that did this were the worst kinds of people of this platform and got away with it unscathed. 

Thanks discord support, you guys have been genuinely helpful to me in not giving me back my account.

    The staff member in charge of my ticket is named Gedrick, please man. I beg you just help me out, I have friends I'll be unable to reach because of this.

    They're just sending automatic bot responses and will make you wait for god knows how long, they basically don't care about your concerns or evidence, my only advice is to reopen the tickets via the email they sent you, just respond back with the initial appeal you wrote but do NOT make multiple requests please, as they will consider you as a bot (quite ironic) or put your requests at the BACK end of their waiting list.

    My 8 years account will soon be forever deleted in probably a week with everything I've left inside because these careless people have absolutely no integrity and concern for their long time users and customers.

    This shit legitimately sucks but you've said it best. They don't, and won't, care. No point crying to people who won't listen, instead consider become one of the forerunners in a community which seems to be trying to attract people wronged by discord. I'm talking about Revolt, to be clear. Discord has nobody's best interests at heart, and haven't for ages.

    My appeals continue to be dismissed without any genuine investigation into the evidence or my detailed explanation regarding the unjust accusations against me. I remain in the dark about the exact reason for the disabling of my account.

    I'm deeply frustrated by their complete lack of communication, except when it comes to inquiries related to money matters, where they will make sure to respond within minutes. I never imagined that Discord would adopt such a rotten approach towards its users. It's astonishing how they seem to have lost all concern, resorting to automated bans to swiftly resolve issues, even for accounts that have been active for a decade.
